Today I get to show you a card I made using the image from the very Talented Mitzi Wiuff. I got to play with her crimson Wings image.

I decided to try my hand at making an easel card I have never done it before and I love how it turned out it is super cute.

I decide to go with Turqoise and pinks when I made this card I used Bo Bunny Gabrielle line and Co'ordinations cardstock as well as American crafts Ribbon

Jaz Higgin's Release Day

Today is release day at Queen Kat Designs and today we are featuring the stamps inspired by Jaz Higgins.


I got to play with My Blue Ringed friends and here is what I came up with. I made two cards. One is called Summer Lovin the other is called Splash. I really like how Splash turned out. I stepped out of my comfort zone with this one. I really don't like the colour purple and as you can see that is the colour I chose for this image.

Lighter Side Of Dark

Hello everyone and welcome to QKD release day are you excited I know I am excited today I get to show you to images for the knew Lighter Side Of Dark collection and let me tell you they are so cute....You should have arrived here from Bonnie's blog.. So lets get started I got to play with the set called Thinking off you which features precious Mollie Mellencollie. I think she is just to adorable I created a Thinking of you card using Bo Bunny's Gabrielle collection.

Today I get to take part in my first TTT and I am excited this weeks inspiration comes from a pottery barn add shown here




Here is my take on the challenge



I decided I would use the colour pallet for inspiration on this challenge I used Maigan Lynn's stamp Sunset Mermaid for my project.. I also used Basic Grey's Two scoops line for my card and I think it turned out perfect. I used my copic and pencil crayons to create this beauty. I also used everyday thread for the string on the card.

Scrapfest 2011

Aren't my guys adorable I had such a blast with them at Scrapfest. I did not do any make and takes this year as you can see from the photos it was more fun to watch them do the make and takes and guess what I get the rewards of their creativity :) I am glad I did the VIP package which means I got to go shopping the night before, before the general public was allowed in. If i had waited and tried to shop with the kids I would have been SOL...Enjoy the photos everyone

Today is a very bitter sweet and sad day

For me... Today is my beautiful angel Alexander's 19 th birthday.. Today I should be taking him out to the bar for his first legal drink. Today I should be celebrating.
But I can't my son passed away almost 6 years ago and I don't get to do these things with..

Today i just want to wish my beautiful son Alex a Happy Birthday and let him know how much I love him and to let him know he is never ever forgotten.

I miss you Alex I miss your beautiful smile and your beautiful eyes I miss you period... I hope your celebrating your birthday wherever you are..
